Completely agree with previous review that this is the worst insurance company. They started quite well with lower prices compensating for e-mail only communications, but they are part of Aviva now, so pricing is in line with others , but inconvenience remains.
Used to have both cars with them, but their handling of the accident on one car was dreadful and they could not be bothered to fix the bug that prevented getting a quote for new car - it is almost like they do not care about the new business which sadly is probably a case.
