Appalling online service as they have no direct contact telephone number
I have tried constanty to cancel a home cover policy both before and within the cooling off period which thye have chosen not to reply to
They on the other hand are threatening default action which is unbeliveable and they do not answer complaints about their service
When you send an e mail all this does is generate a reply saying that this is an unmanned mailbox which is quite annoying
I would like to speak with one of their managers and have sent them my contact numbers but they have avoided this -- unless a robot call me an an ex Financial Adviser -- a company needs to provide a good service therefore in my experience please do not take cover with this Aviva or quotemehappy
