Sham of company Avoid at all costs if you wish to maintain your no claims and god forbid talk to someone.
1. No call centre to call when you want to discuss your renewal or issues with your policy. You have to email them through their systems which takes an age to get the result you are looking for.
2. They do not add your exiting no claims bonus to the system. Upon renewal quotation it only showed 6 years no claims I have 9 years no claims. They give you 5 years no claims when you start and build it up from there.
