The car claims line is an absolute joke. When u ring them .. you are on hold for a min 35min every time. I have been waiting for my claim to get resolved now for almost 9 months and I have a witness stating the 3rd party is at fault and still after 9 months I am no closer to getting it resolved.
I am constantly told the 3 rd party insurance either not admitting liability or they waiting to get a response from them.
This company is not interested in its customers.
