I have arranged to collect my new car tomorrow but unfortunately the QMH system won’t allow me to logon and change my car details. When i request a new password link nothing comes through and you end up back at the same screen. You send them an email (only means of contact) and then get a reply saying they aim to respond within a 48 hour period. 48 hours!?! ... what good is that when you need to change your policy details asap!
Reading other reviews here I suspect I am locked out because my policy renewed around 11 days ago and by blocking access they prevent any 14 day cooling off cancellations.
This is all very frustrating and I am now at a loss what to do next.
