Absolutely dreadful. My account is blocked and it will not let me reset password. Emailed them and was sent a generic response. Just sent another email to them explaining that I was still unsuccessful at logging in to get an automated response with up to a 48 hour response.
Just bought a new car and want to change details. This really should not be this hard....
