Undoubtedly the worst online experience for me ever. The website only occasionally let me into my account even though I use the same username and password every time. This is super frustrating when time is limited and spending 45 minutes trying to get into my account is not what I need.
This cannot be resolved by phone, as QMH do not have a phone number to ring which is doubly frustrating.
Also when uploading my NCD, this was rejected by the robotics of QMH which had always been a success at other insurance companies in the past. So trying to resend other documents when you cannot access your account is not easy.
Unfortunately, cheap price = cheap company.
After only 4 days, I was happy to pay the cancellation fee of £28 on my new car insurance policy to be rid of the pain of QMH..!
