I was unable to renew my policy because i could not log into my account and the password reset process just doesnt work! Upon reading other reviews i realise that i am not alone. You really do need a customer service number to sort out these issues.
By not having a customer service number in order to resolve this problem with your login system you have left me with no option but to take my business elsewhere, even though the quote from you was the cheapest!
