Account was locked out after putting in correct password, then could not log in to cancel policy, sent e mail to state that I wanted to cancel and got no reply, then got mail to say policy renewed ????
Again sent mail complaining that I wanted to cancel and couldn’t get access to my account, who’s and behold I now get a reply with a new password for logging in so I can cancel, I get access and then find out it’s £28 administration to cancel,
Daylight robbery, no phone contact number deliberately not answering mails, stay well clear !!!!!!!
