Have no words for this company!!!!the worst experience ever.
They’ve cancelled my partners policy as what they said the ncd proof is blurry and they can’t see it - as we were uploading on the app we tried on their website for a change to find out 2 days later that the policy have been cancelled even we uploaded no claim discount twice.
What a nightmare !!! Now I’m going to fight to get our deposit back as I can see this is the way they work !!!! Absolute disaster!!!!!
