Very bad service.
They confirmed they had amended their own mistake after removing 2 years from my NCD for a claim I never made. This was never done and the NCD certificate stated 0 years. Of course you cannot speak to anyone in real time but hope you will receive an email response within 48 hours.
Still waiting for this issue to be resolved.
