Absolutely dreadful company, they asked for further proof of NCD by text while in a separate email cancelled my car insurance as of midnight. The proof they had been sent was accurate and could have been dealt within 30 seconds if they offered any sort of human interaction.
If you're happy dealing with a website that only answers the questions they have chosen to ask then use them. Just be warned that you're screwed if they then ask you for additional information that their website then doesn't allow you to process.
