Cancelled my policy at 8am Sunday morning with no prior complaints, they said I was £36 short! Apparently they contacted me 3 weeks earlier but I haven’t got anything in my emails!
I was under the presumption that I had paid the policy in full the first week it was up for renewal
To make this worse there is no way of contacting them, you need to send an email and wait 4-5 hours for a reply
