If I could put no stars I would. I have spent all morning trying to look for a number or email address or SOMETHING to contact this company as I have been declared medically unfit to drive for 6 months so wanted to know if there was anything I could do at all to reduce my insurance. The e-chat facility is the most useless robot ever invented and the only number they have available is for claims (which I used in May and seemed to be fine) however the support for general enquiries is absolutely useless I will definitely be moving away from this excuse of a company. I've never seen a company so disengaged with their customers in my life... Avoid avoid avoid....
