Received emails from a No-reply address. To contact them was via the website, which was more of a pain than it needed to be as I had to enter various details - email address (which they of course already had) policy number etc (if I remember right, it's a year or so ago) even though I was logged on to my part of the site using a password.
Apart from that everything went fairly smoothly. A bit of to-ing and fro-ing to clarify NCD entitlement but it wasn't Quotemehappy's fault.
