I have just become a new customer with "QMH " due to pricing. Again just what other people have said: Uploading of NCD is poor. if i dont get my NCD up loaded in next few days I will be cancelling this policy and going elsewhere.
Owners should be held responsible and liable for gross incompetence of there IT systems. They should try and remove as many of the obstacles and may retain customers.
