At the end of my online application I phoned and asked for my application to be cancelled as I had accidentally pressed the one of payment at the start of the application. One month in I find they have taken the whole of my annual premium at once. I cancelled this policy online and have not had any sort of reply just a note on my account it has been cancelled. Have no idea when I will get a refund. Unable to find a telephone number to speak to somebody the only numbers are for claims. I would not recommend this insurer and will never deal with them again.
