Appalling. Appalling. My car was hit by a tree 4 weeks ago - my repair was given to a 3rd party to manage - who then gave it to a garage who are (a) Ford (my car is a Nissan) (b) never answer the phone (c) never pick up messages - despite paying for a courtesy car - none has been provided. I was told “if” they can find one it will be a small car despite my insurance being for a large one (I have 2 under 5s so this really isn’t appropriate) - I have complained both to Quote Me Happy and the 3rd party “managing” the service. The former haven’t bothered to reply (thought promised they would in 24 hours - it’s been 10 days) - the latter have not addressed the issue at all So - don’t use them. Even if they are cheaper - it’s not worth it the stress and total lack of support after an accident Oh and apparently the fact the tree hit me wipes out my no claims - even though it wasn’t my fault.
