Terrible terrible!! DO NOT DO IT! renewing my car insurance without my permission for a massively increased price, and more chance of getting in touch with the Queen than this company! Nobody to talk to, no phone numbers, nothing.
It is dreadful! my advice- pay more and have a better service!
