Wouldn’t let me change direct debit date, told me if I want to change you need to cancel your policy and start again. Followed there advice and discovered that the new policy they offered me has gone up from £62 a month to £140. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. They have no operative so any contact is via email and takes minimum 24hrs to respond. Just got a poor responds of sorry we couldn’t help you 🤷🏻♂️ Cheers not quite quite me happy !!!!
