Been trying to contact them for well over 4 months, but never had one reply to any of my emails. I then found that all of my emails had bounced, and none of them were getting through. I tried all the email adresses that they supplied, but not one of them is going through to them. I am at a complete loss with them. I am still listed as "At fault" on a claim from 18 months ago, that they should have been fixing, but still nothing.
This company is a joke.
