Horrendous to deal with if you have any policy issues as I had.
NCD proof uploaded no acknowledgement of this just daily emails asking to upload it.
Try to contact someone to discuss is a joke.
No CS telephone number.
Ok I expected that but no online chat
no direct email or I could not find it as Despite repeated attempts I could not get past the bot.
So policy cancelled this cost me more but back to a supplier I could actually call.
You might be lucky if all goes through smoothly but if not beware.
