Holding my refund for my cancellation and not telling me for months.
Saying they have lost the email chain, on the same day. Making it hard to get my money back! Still haven’t got it back now.
I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
I suggest QuoteMeHappy set up a car insurance number, for people to call up and speak to an actual person.
