No customer service, it’s all online. It makes it so hard to get in contact to sought things out!, I cancelled my policy months ago, I still haven’t got my refund back.
They say my refund was on hold and didn’t no what to do with it, when I finally got in contact(which takes 24hrs to get back in touch) they say the email chain was lost ON THE SAME DAY!
I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company, don’t get sucked in with there cheap prices.
