Well, the selling of the policy was good, however, god forbid you have an accident whilst insured with them....you don't:-
A} Deal with the same person for each email..
B} They ignore you emails..
C} Deny they have had emails from you..
D} They will not reply to your emails..
E} The don't contact you to let you know what's happening
F} Email comms is the preferred method, gave up on that and after 30+ mins on the phone eventually spoke to someone
And this is before my claim is settled!!!!!
