I wish I could award QMH less than one star.
Costumer Services simply not responding, except an automated email that says that they are busy.
After a collision, QMH decided that my car is a total loss (write-off). That was back 5 months ago. Since then I received one single email informing me about the write-off, telling me that the company will contact me regarding the settlement and asking for proofs of buying the vehicle. After sending all the required documents, complete silence, despite sending them several emails. I am going to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service.
