non existent customer service, I was not able to log in to my account and sent numerous emails to address the problem. I had no response.
it's an online service. It's key function is to allow customers to log in and control their own insurance. However it failed to let me log in which leaves me with no confidence in the service offer.
I have cancelled my insurance due to the non existent customer service.
