I am the same as most people on here, absolutely exasperated by this company. i want to change my car, but i cannot access my account. this is a system error as i was on there the previous day and the log in details auto fill. then when i finally got in the system would not recognise the car. i sent them emails etc, no response. i am going to have to cancel, but dont know how i will manage that as i cant access my account, again !! to start a new policy elsewhere.4
if you advertise as a web based service, ensure your systems work !!!
