Never ever again. Spent hours and hours being passed from RAC to Enterprise to AXA. Absoloutly incompetent.
We were lied to constantly. Nobody wanted to help and we were told "we don't deal with this" constantly. It was a simple claim and yet was the most frustrating experience I've had making a claim .
Avoid at all costs.
