RAC increased my premium by over 100% when i needed to change address and remove a driver.
No interest in trying to retain my custom. I was able to get a quote via moneysupermarket the same day - for RAC cheaper but that would have meant paying £55 cancellation to RAC only to take another policy with them.
Poor customer experience, this company is not to be trusted, poor value for money, profiteering when loyal customers need to change details. Absolute shitebags
