Very poor. I did not know my policy had been renewed but luckily looked at my bank account. I was promised an immediate refund and saw a deductions of just shy of £400. I have today, a week later, been told there had been an error but I wuld get a refund. I pressed for a date and was told 2 weeks time. So 3 weeks! I'm now with with Direct Line. Same policy. Well under £200.
