Tried to change my car on my Insuramce. They wanted an increase of £300 (smaller engine) and a new policy. My no claims of 16, they told me their max was 9, amd could only guarantee another bonus of 3 if I went elsewhere. Really unhelpful. No negotiations. Go elsewhere.
