Rang to cancel my insurance policy due selling my car, was informed of a £55 cancellation fee. Criminals operating under the name of a once great and trusted organisation. I have also just cancelled my Green flag breakdown cover because my new car had alternative breakdown cover, they charged a much more reasonable £11 to do so.
