extra years no claims and the policy cost went up by nearly 40%, what a rip off, ring up and all i get repeated to me was, "underwriters criteria", would be very cautious if anyone is looking at using the RAC.
When i wrongly pointed out that i thought laws had changed ref looking after new policy holders more than existing it was pointed out to me that this is not yet law.
Gave one star as not possible to give zero stars
