RAC CAR INSURANCE are absolutely SHOCKING. No people skills, inconsiderate and rude. I have made over 15 phone calls and got no where. Ive have been dealing with an incident which has been going on for over 3/4 months now and no help or call back as promised several times. Absolute joke. Just put phone down and tell me it’s not their problem. I pay your company don’t I?!? I ring because I need help as no one was getting back to me and no correct information was passed on to companies along side. SHAMBLES. AVOID. NEVER AGAIN. Instead of paying my £650 excess and having a curtsey car to get it sorted, I’m now having to go with out a car for a couple of days and pay and sort it all myself. A formal complaint is being written and exposing the truth of this cunning insurance company. I will not be renewing or using again. I will say the RAC BREAKDOWN SERVICE has been a fantastic experience I can not fault. They are the ones who prob keep the company going. 10/10.
