Whilst speaking with he customer
service as well as the claims team , they were rude , unhelpful and lacked professionalism. They made it feel like I was in the wrong for calling and wanting to make a claim despite this being the purpose of the insurance. The actual insurance is through Lloyds banking and Davies group. I will not be renewing or taking out a policy again in the future.
