Cancelled my policy today as the vehicle was sold. The insurance started Dec 21 and runs to Nov 22, the policy cost was £148.77, and I have 'used' £88.65 so the refund should be £60.12p . BUT no, there is a £55 cancellation charge,
yes £55 !!!!!!. What a rip off, will not be using them again, they might win this one but loose out in the long term. Phil Allen
