Really poor service since paying a deposit for insurance. RAC sent 2 letters threatening to cancel insurance due to black box not having been fitted, AFTER it had been fitted.
They also threatened to cancel insurance due to a claim on a no fault claim which never took place.
I called to speak to them and had to pay £35 for a change to the policy due to a claim that never happened!!
The phone call took 1 hour 15 mins to complete. Really rude service from the ‘advisor’ too.
Overall a truly dreadful experience.
DO NOT USE RAC CAR INSURANCE.
