At 16.48 today (31/12/2022)
A car driving on the wrong side of the road smashed the wing mirror off my brand new car (5 weeks old) the driver then sped away, speaking to your phone line I was then advised that they could help me possibly on Tuesday/Wednesday (3rd/4th January)
No car because of damage, according to cover you provide 365 a year cover.....
Explain to me why that is not the case
