Awful
Awful, I broke down and called asking for membership including a tow home, I paid 340 pounds on the phone and was told I would have an additional charge of 180 for recovery back to my house, they arrived 4 hours later in a small assessment veh to tell me I needed a tow and it would cost me 585 pounds, utter cowboys, I cancelled the membership immediately and I am awaiting a refund, avoid avoid avoid
