We had a payment for renewal to our credit card, we were not aware this was coming out, no idea of the price of another year.
The price was actually too high, so we rang to cancel and were told they would be happy to cancel, but they were going to keep all the money, no refund would be given.
we have had 4 weeks cover with no claims. what a bunch of crooks.
Beware you may sign for automatic renewal and get ripped off.
Our advice is go somewhere else for your breakdown cover.
