Couldn't offer a change of policy to a new car without cancelling old one and starting again at 3 times the cost.
I cancelled and lost 50% of the cost after only 1 month due to rip off cancellation charges and admin fees.
Chatbox is a complete waste of time at weekends with a 1hr wait until I eventually gave up .
Total waste of time and money.
Avoid at all costs.
