Nothing wrong with the insurance, just brace yourself if you cancel your policy. It was all in the small print but wasn't expecting the very small refund that will go back into the original account, within 7 days. Funny how quickly they can take the money. Total due for period of cover is £18.82 plus an ISF (Intermediary Service Fee) £45.00 = £63.82. Payment received so far = £135.34 minus cancellation fee of £45.00 applied. Balance of £26.52 will be refunded . Not much left for little ole me then, read your small print, its not headlined in the sales pitch but its all there. Also, and very frustrating, why couldn’t I speak to someone in person especially for a £90 cancellation fee!! Had to cancel through a chat line, online. Live and learn I guess.
