Like many others here, be aware of extortionate cancellation! I cancelled a recently renewed policy due to selling my car. The resulting cancellation fees were extortionate, £45 for cancellation, £45 non-refundable for intermediary fees (auto-renewal), and a few extra non-renewables on top. I had to pay twice my monthly payment for cover that lasted just over 2 weeks, due to a disgusting number of added costs for what are all automated admin tasks. When discussing this with the customer service team, I was met with flat talk that these fees are in the terms and services, with no empathy or even a hint at a solution besides pay us the money because the contract says so. Utterly disgusted by this and thoroughly unhappy, only gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because some cancellation fees are expected (but this is way too much), and because I can't speak for the cover because I had no claims. Will never use this service again.
