Broke down on the A543 with no verge, you're literally stood on the road with your motorbike. Hot day, so it's busy as hell with tourists. Called the breakdown number they gave me - dead number. Googled a new number, got through, passed me to another dept, and left me on hold for 22mins before a passing farmer offered me help.
4th emergency service? Please RAC, never expand into Ambulance or Fire.
