Called the RAC emergency home insurance to address a burst pipe in the bathroom. RAC#s approved "third party company" who told me an plumber would be available the next day!, whilst my house was in the process of being flooded.
Don't expect RAC to ful-fill the "Emergency" side of home insurance!!!
