Don’t get fouled by their ‘Home Assistance’ insurance, this product has nothing to do with what for instance some specialist insures offer, I wanted to use my plumbing cover but than my specific issue would be covered under a part of my policy that requires £350 excess, although it was clearly a plumbing issue as fare as I am concerned. Their call centre is sales driven, not prepared to help people but to find an issue that will impede or affect your claim, I was miss sold that policy and they wasted my time. I am going to make an official complaint to Financial Ombudsman and FCA. Don’t buy their Home Assistance cover!!!
