What a disgrace this company, make mistake but wont admit it , the worth is they treating you like you are the lier!! to avoid giving compensation. Took them 7 weeks for a simple matter and of course result is what it is, NOT THEIR FAULT. Dont bother getting car insurance with them as they use a third part. So they are getting paid for not lifting a finger. I was treated with disrespect and cant wait for my renewal.
