DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE BROKERS - Following a no-fault accident in October 2019 I sent them a recorded delivery letter notifying them of a claim. They ignored the letter but I was physically unable to make a verbal claim due to stress. They also failed to acknowledge a telecom request to cancel the policy in January 2020. I was insured with Aviva via the RAC and managed to re-insure with Aviva directly and saved myself hundreds of £'s . . .
