A con My partner had a 2yr old corsa insured with rac . And was exchanging it for a new one . The same spec , engine , etc , essentially the same car but 2yrs newer . When she phoned to change the vehicle registration. They told her the insurance had doubled from £330 to £630 . So she went on the Internet to check if other insurance companies were gunna charge the same . They were coming back at £330 . But to cancel the rac insurance was gunna cost £73 . It’s as if they know they have got money out of you either way . So she cancelled her insurance paid the £73 on went with another company. W WONT be using rac again , so be very careful people Ps I’m not normally into writing reviews but felt very strongly about letting people know how we were treated ,
